If a package is returned to Mugfirmations by Solutions by Tonya Neal, LLC due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or if the package exceeds the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Mugfirmations is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mugfirmations by Solutions by Tonya Neal, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery receipt at the address entered by the customer when ordering. Upon inquiry, Mugfirmations will verify delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and ensuring optimal delivery conditions, including safeguarding the package once delivered. Customers should contact the carrier for any information regarding delivery or any discrepancies. A tracking number will help facilitate the carrier's investigation.
Shipping Protection
Mugfirmations offers a small fee for a shipping protection service via a third-party company. If shipping protection is selected, only one claim per order is allowed. If a customer chooses to opt out of this protection at checkout, Mugfirmations will not be able to intervene in the event of shipping discrepancies and cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
